  • We reserve the right to hold funds for risk management purposes
  • You are responsible for chargebacks, refunds, and disputes
  • We may suspend processing for suspected fraud or violations

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • You are liable for all chargebacks and disputed transactions
  • We may debit your account for chargeback amounts and fees
  • You must respond to disputes within the specified timeframe
  • Excessive chargebacks may result in account termination
  • We provide tools to help you manage and prevent chargebacks

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Fusebox Portal or our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks without written consent
  • Reverse engineer our technology or services
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusebox Portal from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or business operations.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration in London, UK.

17. General Provisions
